Role & Requirements

As a Carrier Manager, you can look forward to managing the daily operations of some of our key clients. You will be responsible for supporting an account team by collaborating with our incumbent and external partners to ensure we exceed customers’ expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, back-end invoice resolution, document collection, and verifying timely pick-ups and deliveries.
